Biggest mover: Ben Curtis
He moved: 40 spots, from 66th to 26th
Because: He tied for second at the PGA Championship.
Curtis nearly got his second major championship on Sunday, but some troubles late in the day prevented it. Still, it was his second runner-up finish this year -- he finished second at the Wachovia Championship back in May Also, it puts him in that coveted top 30 in points -- at least for the moment.

Welcome to the top five: Padraig Harrington
He moved: Six spots, from 10th to fourth
Because: He won the PGA Championship.
What can you say about Harrington that hasn't already been said? Back-to-back major championships, comparisions to Tiger Woods, a growing reputation as one of the game's best closers. How about this: One of the favorites to hoist the FedExCup.

Welcome to the top 50: Camilo Villegas
He moved: 21 spots, from 61st to 40th
Because: He tied for fourth at the PGA Championship
A combined 5 under on the weekend at Oakland Hills with a dozen birdies, Villegas moved ever closer to that first career PGA TOUR victory. Villegas now has three top-10 finishes in his last seven TOUR starts and he's now made 10 consecutive cuts.

Welcome to the top 100: Paul Casey
He moved: 12 spots, from 103rd to 91st
Because: He tied 15th at the PGA Championship
A 69 on Sunday moved Casey 18 spots on the leaderboard, making for three consecutive top-15 finishes in TOUR action, a span during which he made more than half his FedExCup points for the season. In 13 starts this season, Casey has six top-25 finishes. By the way, four of those were in this year's majors.

Look out for: Sergio Garcia
He moved: Eight spots, from 20th to 12th
Because: He tied for second in the PGA Championship
Sergio has had three top-five finishes since his win at THE PLAYERS back in May. He's now fifth on TOUR in scoring average and second in GIR percentage from the fairway bunker. Plus, in some respects, you could almost see Garcia maturing hole-by-hole at Oakland Hills.
