Complete FedExCup standings

Biggest mover: Paul Goydos
He moved: 104 spots, from 146th to 42nd
Because: He finished second at THE PLAYERS
Sure, he hit it in the water on No. 17 to lose a playoff to Sergio Garcia at THE PLAYERS, but don't feel bad for Goydos. He pocketed more than $1 million Sunday for the runner-up run, chances are you'll see a few more logos on his clothes soon -- and he moved from out of the FedExCup playoff field to inside the top 50.

Welcome to the top 15: Sergio Garcia
He moved: 101 spots, from 115th to 14th
Because: He won THE PLAYERS
There's a poll on the front page of this Web site as you read this asking whether or not you think Garcia will win a major this season. As of the moment this sentence is being written, 51 percent of you say no. That's the closest poll we've had since putting polls on the site earlier this year. Translation: The jury is out.

Welcome to the top 10: J.B. Holmes
He moved: Two spots, from 12th to ninth
Because: He tied for 10th at THE PLAYERS
Imagine this, you shoot 75 on Sunday at THE PLAYERS with five bogeys on six holes and a double-bogey on the par-4 15th and you still manage a top-10 finish. How tough was Sunday at TPC Sawgrass? Regardless, Holmes now has three top-10 finishes on the season including his victory at the FBR Open over Super Bowl weekend.

Welcome to the top 20: Jeff Quinney
He moved: 14 spots, from 31st to 17th
Because: He finished third at THE PLAYERS
A bogey on 18 kept Quinney from being in the playoff with Goydos and Garcia. Still, it was Quinney's second top-three finish of the season, to go along with his second-place finish behind Phil Mickelson at the Northern Trust Open in February. Of note, Quinney is second on TOUR in putting average, at 1.72.

Welcome to the top 50: Briny Baird
He moved: 22 spots, from 58th to 36th
Because: He finished fourth at THE PLAYERS
Baird has quietly put together three top-20 finishes in a row. He tied for 13th at the EDS Byron Nelson Championship and he tied for 17th at the Verizon Heritage. Going further back, he has five top-20s in his last six starts including two top-fives. He's fifth on TOUR in scoring average before the cut at 70.03.
