David Toms
Position: 150th
Toms' injuries have limited his play, but if he can stay healthy and win this week, he could move all the way into the top 20,

Phil Mickelson
Position: Second
Phil can't move into first even with a win this week, but he could cut the gap by more than half -- to 3,245 points with a win.

Zach Johnson
Position: 82nd
Johnson is having a tough year, coming off a great one. His FedExCup points per start average this year is 189, compared to over 700 last year. Even excluding his two wins last year, in his other 17 Regular Season starts, he averaged 229 points.

Geoff Ogilvy
Position:
Fifth
Ogilvy is quietly becoming a true powerhouse. Among players with a win this year, only Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson have a higher points per start average in their non-winning starts.

Vijay Singh
Position:
Fourth
Singh and Stewart Cink are having great seasons despite not having a victory thus far. Last year, after Charles Howell III won the Nissan Open in week 7 of the season, knocking John Rollins out of third non-winner made it higher than fourth. Tiger Woods' win at CA dropped Rollins to 5th, and no non-winner made it higher than that for the rest of the year. Cink and Singh are in 3rd and 4th, and it's a small list that could knock them out of those spots this week.

Boo Weekley
Position: Seventh
Weekley's win at the Verizon Heritage propelled him way up in the FedExCup standings, and positioned him well for the Playoffs. Even without another win, he projects to a top 15 seed for the 2008 Playoffs. If he wins again, he will likely be a top 5 seed.

Adam Scott
Position:
12th
Scott's lack of starts has made it difficult for him to climb in the FedExCup standings, even with the win at the EDS Byron Nelson Championship. However, even without another win, if he can get in nine more starts after this week and maintain his average points per start excluding the win, he can most likely stay in the top 20 in the FedExCup standings for the Playoffs.
