1. The FedExCup points leader is secure this week, but the rest of the Top 30 is likely to see some changes. Fifteen of the top 16 players in the FedExCup points standings are in the field, and there are only about 1,600 points separating Justin Leonard in 4th and Luke Donald in 16th. 2. Led by Tiger Woods, several players who had good seasons last year are doing even better this year. Here are the players in the field who were top 50 seeds last year and so far this year, and are at least 1,000 points ahead of last year's pace:

3. Several players in the field need to make big moves soon to equal their showing last season. Here are the players in the field who were among the top 50 seeds last year but are 1,000 or more behind last year's pace:

4. Several players in the field who were top 70 seeds last year scored more than 25 percent of their 2007 Regular Season points in WGCs. Geoff Ogilvy, the 24 seed, scored nearly half of his total Regular Season points with a 2nd, a tie for third and a tie for sixth in Accenture, CA and Bridgestone, respectively. Justin Rose had over one-third of his points from a tie for fifth at Accenture and a tie for second at Bridgestone last year. He did not play in the CA Championship in 2007.
