SMILEY'S 'FOLLOW THE ROAR'

There already have been numerous books written about Tiger Woods, with many more sure to follow.

However, Bob Smiley's new book, "Follow the Roar," comes at Woods from a different perspective. Smiley, a television writer, decided to follow Woods for every hole during the 2008 season.

Smiley details his experiences outside the ropes, marveling at Woods' feats and hanging with his collection of followers.

It is a fun, breezy account that climaxes with Woods' memorable U.S. Open victory at Torrey Pines.

The book sells for $25.95.
