KID SETS FROM TIGER WOODS AND BARBIE

Two icons, Tiger Woods and Barbie, could help your kids get a proper start in golf. Nike has two boxed sets of Woods' clubs.

The red set features four clubs (driver, 5-iron, pitching wedge and putter) and are meant for kids ages 5-7 and 4-foot, 2-inches and below. The black set has seven clubs (driver, hybrid, 5, 7, 9-iron, sand wedge and putter) and are meant for kids 8-11 between 4-3 and 4-10.

The clubs are designed with proper fit in mind, much like Woods' father, Earl, did for him. The prices are $179 for the red set and $239 for the black set.

If you're child is more into Barbie than Tiger, Barbie Golf might be the answer. It has two sets for different sizes and age groups that include a driver, iron, putter and a carrying bag. The literature says "The Barbie golf sets put new girly-fun into a classic game." OK. The sets go for $39.99 and $49.99.
