Tim Clark polished off a nice run on the FedExCup points list with his T7 this week. Clark's finish helped him jump from No. 27 to No. 21 on the final list, which is a marked improvement from No. 136, where he stood after missing the cut at the AT&T Classic in mid-May.
Clark moved steadily up the points list after that, aided by a runner-up finish at the John Deere Classic, which moved him from No. 108 to No. 57. A T2 the following week at the U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee got him to No. 39 and a T6 at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational put him No. 34. Clark needed a late push at the BWM Championship (T5) moved him up from No. 33 to No. 27 and qualified him for THE TOUR Championship.
Zach Johnson couldn't make it a Georgia-triple this week, but the Masters and AT&T Classic champion gave it a run with his T2 finish. Nobody was better in the state this year than Johnson, who finished 1-1-T2 in the three PGA TOUR events held in the state. Tiger Woods came close with a T2 at the Masters and a win this week, but Woods did not play in the AT&T Classic at TPC Sugarloaf. Johnson moved from No. 12 to No. 7 in the final FedExCup points list.
With his T2 this week, Mark Calcavecchia now has 27 runner-up finishes his career. Below is a list of the current active players and the most runner-up finishes:

With his win today, Tiger Woods has pushed his season money total to $10,867,052. Phil Mickelson is currently No. 2 on the list with $5,819,988 and Vijay Singh is No. 3 with 4,728,376.
There are seven tournaments left in the PGA TOUR's Fall Series and if a player were to win all seven, he would collect $5,778,000 for those wins. That being said, if Mickelson were to play and win all seven, he would surpass Woods for the money title with $11,597,988.
However, if Singh were to win all seven, his money earnings of $10,506,376 would not be enough to overtake Woods -- even if Woods does not earn any more money this year.
