Tiger Woods posted a 7-under-par 28 on the front nine in round two today, holing a 70' 4" putt for eagle on the par-5, 9th hole. The 28 is the second-lowest 9-hole score on the PGA TOUR this year, bettered only by rookie Brandt Snedeker's 9-under 27 at the Buick Invitational back in January.
