Ex-Ryder Cup player Johansson leads Russian Open by four

NAKHABINO, Russia (AP) -- Per-Ulrik Johansson shot a 5-under 67 Saturday to lead by four strokes after the third round of the rain-marred Russian Open, a small European Tour event.

The Swede, who played on two European Ryder Cup teams, has an 18-under 198 total. Robert-Jan Derksen of the Netherlands, who started the round tied for fifth place, had seven birdies and moved into second at 14-under 202.

Alan McLean of Scotland (67) was two strokes further back in third place.

Rain flooded the Le Meridien Moscow Golf and Country Club course just outside Moscow on Thursday, leaving 27 golfers to finish their first round on Friday. Two more hours were lost Saturday while greenkeeping staff worked to allow 58 players to complete their second rounds.

Gary Murphy of Ireland, who had three birdies in the morning to move to second after the second round, shot a 70 in the afternoon to finish tied with Adam Gee of England for fourth at 11-under 205.
