2007 Nationwide Tour: Lowest Rounds | Toughest Courses

Fast Facts:

• The Nationwide Tour consisted of 612 different holes in 2007.

• The toughest 10 holes were all par 4s. Not surprisingly, all of them were 418 yards or longer.

• Because the top 10 toughest holes were all par-4s, only one eagle was made. It was made at the 487-yard ninth hole at the The Course at Wente Vineyards.

• The hardest par-5 was the 11th at Empire Lakes (Mark Christopher Charity Classic Pres'd by County of San Bernardino). The hole, 611 yards long, played to a 5.122 average. Only two eagles were made. It ranked as the 174th hardest hole of the year.

• The hardest par-3 was the 11th at the Cliffs at Walnut Coves (BMW Charity Pro-Am at the Cliffs). The hole, 246 yards long, played to a 3.405 average. Only six birdies were made. It ranked as the 11th hardest hole of the year.

• Of the 30 hardest holes, 25 were par 4s, and five were par 3s.

• Despite playing to a backbreaking yardage of over 7,700 yards, none of the holes at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club ranked in the top 30.
